Ventana Micro Systems

Ventana Micro designs high-performance RISC-V CPU chiplets targeted at datacenter and AI server hosts, licensing both IP and chiplet products. It has raised over $200 million from investors including Intel Capital and Nasdaq Ventures. As of 2025 Ventana had sampled its Veyron V2 RISC-V server chiplets to customers but had not yet shipped in high-volume production. Qualcomm announced the acquisition of Ventana on 10 December 2025; terms were not disclosed. Ventana had raised $98.93M total and never shipped its Veyron V2 commercially.
