ECL builds modular data centers powered by on-site hydrogen fuel cells, skipping the utility interconnection queue entirely. Its repeatable 1MW to 10MW blocks stack into larger off-grid campuses. The first facility, MV1 in Mountain View, is fully leased to Cato Digital; a 35MW Santa Clara site and a gigawatt-scale campus near Houston with Lambda have since been announced.
